HAWK:AI partners with amnis to strengthen AML capabilities for European growth
Effective and efficient AML compliance requires great technology and deep regulatory experience
Munich/Zürich, 22 February, 2022 – HAWK:AI, Germany’s leading provider of anti-money laundering surveillance technology for banks, payment companies and fintechs, today announced a new partnership with amnis, the simple, fast, and affordable international payment platform for SMEs.
amnis selected HAWK:AI’s scalable technology, powered by AI and machine learning in combination with classic rules, to strengthen their AML capabilities ahead of significant European expansion. The technology will focus on areas including false-positive reduction – a particular challenge for financial institutions – as well as all-in-one list management that powers payment and customer screening efforts. Additionally, the Customer Risk Rating solution will allow amnis to understand their customers with the detail and transparency required to effectively manage risk.
Scaling effectively is an important consideration for fintechs, which is why HAWK:AI provides the flexibility and control to adapt (automatically or through manual configuration) to changing risks, volumes and customers.
